Meet Mary

Mary is a certified yoga and mindfulness meditation instructor with a passion for sharing the mental, physical and spiritual benefits that these practices can bring to anyone. Her journey began over ten years ago when she was taught how to meditate by Buddhist monks in Thailand. 


In 2018, she trained as a yoga teacher with a school in Italy. The following year, she travelled to northern India for further training at the heart of the tradition itself. She has also trained with Central England College & Therapy Centre in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy). Since then, she has been teaching in various group, commercial and 1-1 settings, both on and offline.


Mary firmly believes that even a 5-minute practice can transform the rest of your day. She encourages individuals to flow in a way that feels intuitive to their unique bodies, and discover for themselves the joy in taking a moment to pause and witness the present moment without judgement. 


Mary also works as a software engineer, so understands first-hand the challenges that can come from working at a desk. Her classes are often tailored to support desk workers, including postures that relieve some of the physical and mental tension that accumulate in the body throughout the working day.


Mary will be bringing new Yoga and Meditation session to us each month. So tune in. Zen out.

We appreciate that balancing work life can be demanding. That’s why we bring you Mary’s 'Zen Sessions' - short and snappy mindfulness practices that you can incorporate into your day. These include 'Breathing Space', a 5-minute mindfulness session, a 10-minute guided mindfulness meditation, and a 15-minute body scan meditation for relaxation. Embrace a healthier work lifestyle with our wellbeing initiatives in the workplace. Tune in for Mary’s new Yoga and Meditation sessions each month and Zen out.

Experience Transformation with our Wellbeing Programme 

This is why our service offerings include bespoke online yoga classes, meticulously designed to tackle common issues experienced within an organisation. Our specialised Yoga sessions are led by Mary, our certified yoga and mindfulness meditation instructor. Mary combines her decade long experience in mindfulness practices with her software engineering background to design routines that effectively alleviate the mental and physical strain often experienced by desk workers. 

Empowering Employees to Thrive 

Understanding how to support wellbeing at work forms the bedrock of our offerings. Hence, we partner with a certified Psychotherapist, who acts as a confidential external port of call for employees struggling with personal issues.

 

​ Promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace is incomplete without fostering a sense of inner peace. That's why we plan to create a meditation program aimed at helping employees find peace in the midst of the hustle and bustle of work life.
