Since the Grenfell tragedy on 14th June 2017, there have been big changes in how we manage health and safety in buildings. The Building Safety Act introduces the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) to oversee these changes. They're in charge of making sure buildings are safe and will act if safety rules aren't followed. This means it's more important than ever to understand and follow these safety standards closely.
