Strain or Sprain

If you encounter someone experiencing discomfort after a sudden motion, they might have a sprain or strain.


1. Encourage the person to stay still and rest.
2. Apply a cold compress to the affected area.

This can be something like frozen veggies wrapped in a cloth. It'll help lessen the swelling and soothe the pain.

3. If things don't seem to get better, it's better to consult a medical professional.
