Epileptic seizure

WHAT TO DO:

1. The individual may collapse, making sudden twitching movements.

They might also have some froth in their mouth.

2. Ensure their safety. Shield their head using a blanket or clothes. Do not restrict any of their movements.

Holding them down could harm both of you. Clear away anything that might hurt them during the seizure.

3. Once the seizure ends, help them lie on their side, tilting their head back slightly.

This position helps clear breathing.
